Locked out and can't login for training

Is it possible to have someone read the exam aloud to me? I can comprehend the material, but have severe test anxiety. I tend to leave out words or get so flustered that I cannot focus. I have failed the exam 3 times. In one of my trainings, when the instructor read the questions out loud and answers, I was able to get them all correct. I was curious if I could have accommodations and have someone read the exam questions to me. This would still be on the camera.

I had just starting taking the test. I had only answered 1 question and it said I failed

I am attempting my exam certification and have exceeded my attempts. I have no transportation or ability to get to any testing sites in the surrounding area. I am requesting the ability to continue to take the exam from my employer site or home.
