I missed my exam due to technical issues on Sunday August 22. Can I transfer the money for the exam to a new date?

If retaking the exam am do I have to pay another $100?

I have read the instructions concerning the cancelling of an exam. However, I deal with migraines and I am having a cluster right now. I would just like to have consideration to reschedule the test for Monday at the same time. My name is Michele McDaniel.

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.

I have tried numerous times to get registered to take the HUD housing Counseling exam to no avail. I thought that I was scheduled for tomorrow Wednesday August 18 to take the test at Gwenett College.
