Sound. I do not have sound. All the volume have been adjusted o the computer and iPad. Is there a way to adjust sound/ volume on website?

Dear Counselor,
There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam.
If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.

While taking the exam I pressed backward then it went to back to kryterion page.

To access the online certification exam, to download Sentinel Secure, and to create your Biometrics Profile, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

This is the second time I have attempted to take the HUD exam. The first time my name did not match my license. I did as the email from HUD told me to do. I see the corrected name in HUD. However, trying to take my exam scheduled for today. The proctor states my name has not been fixed. Please assist.
