Where can I access my ceritification once I've passed the HUD Exam?

My name is Aaron Rodriguez, and I am registered to take the exam on Tuesday August 24 at 9:00AM. And, I wanted to reach out to ask if I can reschedule to take my exam at a Test Center and pay the difference.

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.

I have passed the exam and need to know my next steps.
After trying to register with FHA connection yesterday, it would not allow me.
How should I proceed?

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. 

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (canceled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.

Is there a way to update the email address connected to an account?

I am having trouble logging into the sight to begin my exam. I have been trying for the past 20 minutes without any success.

The Study Guide consists of 15 modules and a Glossary that vary from approximately 20 to 60 pages. A single file of the entire training is not available.

The Support team is not able to provide physical copies of the Study Guide. You are welcome to print the training as befits your needs to prepare for the exam. 

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.
