There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam. 

In Aug of 2020 our agency paid for the exam, due to IT issues the exam scheduled for Aug 4, 1030H America/Denver was not completed due to IT issues then due to covid the deadline was extended. I'm trying to schedule to complete the exam however it is requiring new payment, how can we schedule with payment already being made.

I see the system allows you to register for online exams however its only in the am ranging from 1am

Yesterday, we attempted to log in for the exam however we could not gain access even with using a different computer. We tried to chat via support but did not get connected with an agent. Additionally, we tried to reset the password many times and never even received a link via email. The exam was at 3:45. After many attempts, we tried calling customer service at 4:30 and it was closed (ET).

On July 22nd, I paid $60 to take the HUD Certification Exam. I was not promoted to schedule a date and time. How can I schedule my test without having to pay again?

Good Morning, I thought i had scheduled to take my test today at 6:30am Central time and I accidently scheduled it for 6:30 Eastern time. I scheduled to take the exam on Saturday 8/7/21 at 7:00am, is this okay.?

When can I take the test again - I failed today, 8/5/21
