I was delayed by a tester in front of me. I triede to reschedule. What can I do?

I paid and registered to re-take the exam on 7/30. I was not sent a registration email nor was I able to t re-take the exam on. 7/30. Can you please refund the fee for the test exam.

has the days to certify been extended to certified pass August 1st? I see additional testing dates pass then. Will I be able to take exam at later date?

I am unable to take exam at this time. I would like to reschedule for a later date. After several attempts I sent this email.

I'm trying to register to re-take the HECM Exam as required every 3 years. I do not see an option to register for the HECM Exam on this website. Should I be on a different website?
