Can you take the exam after July 31, 2021?

To access the online certification exam, to download Sentinel Secure, and to create your Biometrics Profile, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

I was unable to get into the exam on my scheduled date due to technical issues that support could not resolve. Is there a way for me to take the test or get a refund of my money?

The Kryterion website would not allow me to start the exam, even though I tested everything the day before.
