I'd like to cancel my exam

Hello my test was scheduled for yesterday morning at 5 am and I was unable to access the exam. I need to get this exam done for my work place.

The purpose of HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov is to help counselors prepare for the HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam and provide access to the exam. After passing the exam and transferring the results to FHA Connection, counselor certification activities shift from HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov to FHA Connection.

Tried to login for exam but our internet went out and my computer froze. Need help rescheduling.

I am the Housing Counseling Manager looking to validate the employment of a counselor who just passed her exam, ID: NY59841049. The account we had previously used to validate employment, through Melissa Furnia, no longer works. How do we re-designate a FHAC Application Coordinator for our office, HCS ID #82487.

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. 

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (cancelled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.

Dear Counselor,

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.
