To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.

I was schedule to take my exam today at 3:pm when try to log in at 2:50pm I receive a message stating I was too early and to sign back in at the time of the exam. at 3:pm the sentinel secure Kryterion inc. came on my screen stating it is loading. them were it says lunch for the exam a new message pop up saying testing Time has now passed. Please contact your program Manager for information on re-scheduling your assessment. The sentinel is still loading can i exit out of it and how long it take to load?

Hey there. I registered originally as Charlie Short but my legal name is Charles Short and I was not able to take my scheduled exam. I've changed my name in the HUD website, but the testing site still has me listed as Charlie Short.

I tried numerous times to launch the online exam but was unsuccessful. I was referred to you for assistance in re-registering for the exam because of the price difference. Please advise

Aloha, I need to resume my exam. Unfortunately, I've had many server connection issues and was unable to complete my exam. At the time, I was unable to reschedule. Now that I my organization has secured a better suited location, I may resume. Kryterion suggested I contact here for this issue.
Please help me resume my exam.

There are no more days available this month for me to schedule my exam. The next available date is 8/2/21. Will I still be able to take it then?

i wanted to get a voucher for an exam i had rescheduled but the system never registered it. i was at the hospital because my daughter was born at 35 weeks so it was unexpected. i was at the hospital rescheduling it and i thought it was gone through but turns out due to poor internet connection it timed out. i didn't check back because i was dealing with my daughter being premature and i was not on the top of mind until i checked a week later it did not change and i paid for the exam but was not able to take it.

Completion of training is optional and is not required to become certified. However, to increase certification exam passing rates, candidates are highly encouraged to study the course content.

To access the training, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. 

Once you are signed in, select “Training Center” at the top of the page. If you are already signed in, you can access the Training Center launch page directly.
