Your test date details are included in your Assessment Purchase Confirmation email. Your test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page.
Can I receive a receipt for my last certification exam I have taken on 8/24/20?

|Today is my scheduled HUD exam date the time is at 9 am Denver time and it says my exam is not active. Please advice.

My scheduled time and date for my exam was on July 14, 2021 at 12:30 pm. For some reason I was not able to launch my exam because my testing time had already passed.
