password reset

Today 6-30-21 when I tried logging into my scheduled HUD exam at 2 pm Denver time, my login was not accepted. This has created much frustration and anxiety. I changed my password and still was not able to login. Is there a time frame for password resent to be accepted?

Hello, in a practice test please explain the meaning of the outlined answer in read as I'm confused. Does it mean I picked the wrong answer? if so what does it mean when an answer is highlighted in green. I find some confusion when looking at the rationale

I went into the training module site and hit English the modules turned from Spanish to English but when I went into the modules they were in Spanish. Help

I paid the $50 rescheduling fee, but the date has not been updated.

I'm being required to obtain financial audits for the past 3 years, even though this goes against state and federal regulations. I file a 990n and formed my nonprofit in January of 2017 for the sole purpose of offering Housing Counseling to disadvantage communities and their residence. The cost for financial audit are very expensive and this requirement of HUD discriminates against very small/micro businesses. I need a senior executive to contact me and discuss how to resolve this very important violation/issue before I have to seek counsel from the Illinois State Attorney General.

I have some questions. When i tried to take the test online. they system did not recognize me. I rescheduled to taker the test tonight but I fear that i may run into the same thing. I think I should just go to a proctor site. This stressed me out and I already have test anxiety. Advice please??
