The information included in your exam registration must match your government-issued ID. Additionally, your email address must be updated in order to receive important communication about the exam and certification.

You can update your name, email address, state, and time zone in your User Profile by logging into your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account and selecting "Edit" on the User Profile Dashboard.

Ticket from Kathleen Anderson - Proctoring/Kryterion

I was scheduled for my HUD Exam at 11:00 June 22, 2021. Kryterion stopped my session because they said my account name did not match my ID's. My account name and my ID's match. They rescheduled my test two weeks away so HUD could have time to update my info but my info is correct. I would like to schedule an earlier time with the fee waived. Help!
