Good morning, I was scheduled to take my test today and the proctor did not let me because I am registered as Krystal Romero. My name on my ID is Veronica Krystal Romero. He told me that I needed to contact you to get it changed. Then about 8 minutes ago, I was contacted again because the proctor made a mistake with my name.
