I created an account but did not get the option to set a password and now I can't log in please assist, thanks.
I created a user account, but when I tried to set my password, I got this error message: "You have tried to use a one-time login link that has either been used or is no longer valid. Please request a new one using the form below."
I used the password reset option, and got the same message again. I am clicking the email link within seconds of it appearing in my inbox, so it should not be expired.
Where do I find the Study Guides so I can print them?
Thank you, Geralyn
Dear Counselor,
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the volume of test centers closing has grown quickly and continues to accelerate at a rate that outpaces resources available. The real time list of closed test centers can be found here: Kryterion Test Center Closures.
I have limited English and limited Spanish proficient, I am requesting an extra hour
If you experience issues with exam set up, launch, or during your exam, contact Kryterion
The online training consists of 15 modules that vary in length. Shorter modules take about 30 minutes, and longer modules may take up to 90 minutes to complete.
The online training is interactive, but it does not include audio.
The Study Guide consists of 15 modules and a Glossary that vary from approximately 20 to 60 pages. A single file of the entire training is not available.
The Support team is not able to provide physical copies of the Study Guide. You are welcome to print the training as befits your needs to prepare for the exam.
Is there anyway that I can get a reevaluation on my exam, I was score at 491 but I'm almost certain that I got a lot of those questions right. I just want to know if there is anything that can be done. Thank you.
I just took the test 2 times in the past 3 weeks. Every time I do better in one subject I fail in another, I felt like some of the questions in fair housing (something I have been doing for 9 years) did not have real answers. You gave statements in one question which I felt did not have any correct answers. I felt a few of these questions are like that. If I got 478 how many more do I need to pass this test that I failed about 5 times already. I do not think its fair that questions I can never get are worth more points than others. That is what I was told .
