I need my Biometrics

My hud exam was suspended today because my ID do not match. The name was corrected in hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov. I was born in US an my ID says Yolanda Noemis Ruiz (Noemis is my middle name). When I registered in HUD I placed both last names Yolanda N. Ruiz Velez. How can I make sure there will be no issues on my next schedule hud exam?

The purpose of HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov is to help counselors prepare for the HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam and provide access to the exam. After passing the exam and transferring the results to FHA Connection, counselor certification activities shift from HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov to FHA Connection.

I'm trying to find the testing times & dates before I actually schedule or actually have to pay for the exam

Once i have done the below mentioned steps it takes me back to entering my username and password which i do not remember what it is and where i wrote it down at would it be best to call tomorrow to get what i need or does emailing work:

You can access Webassessor's Exam Status Center by selecting Access Exam Details on the Exam tab of your user profile dashboard to complete your Biometrics Profile, download Sentinel Secure, and launch your exam.

I am do to take my test tomorrow i cannot figure out what my webassessor name is so i can log in how do it get that.
