I need accommodation to the questions out loud and extra time.

During my school years at Trinity University 2004-2007, I would get accommodations for extra time and to read my questions out loud.

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.

My name is K. Landon Stafford. My email is lstafford@brothersredevelopment.org . I have a scheduled exam for tomorrow at 9am, however we are having an extreme snow storm and having intermittent power and internet outages. My online proctored exam is tomorrow morning at 9am. My daughter's school is also closed and will need to attend to her as well. 3/15/2021. May I reschedule for Tuesday at the same time?

what was my test score for 10/26/2020

My account is locked and I am having problems setting up the proctor program. My test is tomorrow and have not download the software.

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Once you are signed in, click on the “Exam Center” button on the home page, then click on “Register for Exam.” If you are already signed in, you can access the Register for Exam page directly.

I have registered for the online exam, paid the fee and installed Sentinel. I have checked my mac for the camera etc.
When accessing the exam -- the message welcomed me but then said my exam cart was empty
I am now scheduled for tomorrow 3/11 at 9am please help
