After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.

What gives...I get another email about my test being rescheduled? This test is a big deal and requires a lot of study immediately prior to taking the test. This is the second time I was rescheduled. If the test center is not open/available, why schedule me in the first place? I want to understand why this is happening and why it won't happen a third time at this testing center.
