There was a problem with my exam session; the main page would say "page not found". I asked for help and waited about 20-30 minutes and no help. I later kept asking for help but the menu said I couldn't contact or reach the support center.

I am writing this email for two reasons. In July I paid $60 and applied for an online exam that did not work, I requested to reschedule for an In-Person exam since the CAM software was not properly functioning between my CAM and the Kryterior platform.

For some reason, a new Online Exam was scheduled. I called and emailed and requested chats numerous times to resolve, but no one returned any of my communications.

I took the exam on 7/20/2020 under Theresa Dean (t.dean@mbhaonline.org) and unfortunately failed for the 2nd time. I was wondering if you can tell me how many questions I missed totally. My score was a 478. And can you tell me what me score was the first time I took it as well.

Hi! I was scheduled to take the HUD exam today at 1:00 PM Pacific Time, but the link never went live. I am trying to log into Webassesor, but it says my log in credentials are not valid. Can you please help me

I am trying to install Sentinel on my Windows, however, I forgot my login to Webassessor which is required prior to installation. Every time I select forgot password, I receive an email with a login but there is no link to reset the password. Could someone please further assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I was suspended from my session due to inability to see my id. I wasnt able to proceed in taking my test. how do we rectify the situation, so i can access my exam?

If you are unable to recall your password, enter your account email in the Forgot Password? tool. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to verify that you are the account owner. You will need to set a new account password after email verification. Support does not assign or have access to user passwords. 

I changed my password but i cannot login still with news password.

My dash board showing for the online examination date is December, 6, 2020 but I have email confirmation showing as December 7,2020 11am. Please confirm my test date!
