I didn’t received email my exam score 10/1 , 10/8 , and 10/9

Exam registration, cancellations, and changes are handled through your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

To create an account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov, select "Sign Up" at the top of the page and enter the information required: 

• First name
• Last name
• Email address*
• State

Then, select the "Create new account" button at the bottom of the form. Verify your email to complete your registration.

I am scheduled for Dec 1, to take an onsite HUD test but I am in quarantine until Dec 2. How do I reschdule for an online option?

I chose 11/23/2020, but the home page is saying in 4 days 11/22

I been having trouble loading exam... i get the error that says system maintenance....come back later.
