To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam.

The "coupon/voucher" field is a standard field for the testing company. HUD does not provide voucher or coupon codes to offset exam costs. You may skip the "Submit" button and select "Check Out" at the bottom of the page to complete your purchase.

I just took this exam for three times in two years and have failed! I want someone to check the results to make sure they are correct. your questions on many of them do not make any sense. I refuse to take this test again I have studied 40 hours in the past two months for this test and been working at my agency for eight years and a half. Now I have an ulcer because of this and I am not going to let it get the best of me. I work in fair housing and landlord tenant I know my stuff. Your questions don’t make any sense they’re not on the assessment test and they’re not in your study guide.

My profile says my test is scheduled for Nov 11th but i scheduled it for Nov 12th. Was it changed?

I bought the exam under the impression that I can pay $60 one time and take the test over and over again until I pass. How can I retake without paying again? It says I have multiple attempts for $60. Thank you.

I have paid for my exam to be taken Nov. 15, 10am, I still have not received my confirmation, please advise
