I found my confirmation for my test but I cant figure out hoe to reschedule it and/or what time it was scheduled for

I will not take the exam, I am working for a different department. Is there a specific procedures that I need to do to cancel? I also wanted to know if I can get a refund??

I took my test and I was unable to see what I need help on and the answers of the test never came out. Can I please find out where I need to study and why my text was scored from answers I need to work on most.

I created an account and passed the HUD exam in February. I recently went online and made a new account (couldn't get into the old account). I'm now not sure how to access my test results or do any of the other requirements on the site. Is there a way to combine my accounts or log me back into the old one?

I never got an email showing what modulars I missed on my last exam. I would love to know since I scored a 496 and I need a 500 to pass. I think this exam is extremely poor on how the questions are asked and some of the questions I feel don't have a real true answer. Thank you.
