How do I request additional testing time for a counselors on my staff that English is their second language? The translation of two languages takes longer to test effectively and she is always concerned about the timing. She has tested several times and we think additional time will help her with her language concerns

You have up to five attempts to enter your account password on the User Sign In page before your account will lock. Locked accounts will unlock automatically after six hours, or you can expedite access by contacting the Support team.

Upon completion of the certification exam, each candidate receives an immediate PASS or FAIL notification, as applicable. Candidates who pass receive an email outlining next steps. Those who fail receive an email report with information as described in the practice exam feedback explanation.

I passes the exam yesterday, how long will it take to receive my certificate?

Is there a way to only view the 9.2020 updates to the Study Guide? I want to be able to see the updates, without having to print the entire study guide again. I see where the modules are notated but within those are the changes highlighted?

I require additional time for the exam. May I use the documentation that I used for my collage courses ?

i failed the text and it didn't provide me with the areas of focus that needed to be studied over again.
