I have been trying to reschedule my exam as i was not able to launch the exam due to tech issue with the face recognition. I did try and contact Kryterion but tech phone was offline and there chat was disconnected due to log wait period on first attempt and second attempt just said next in line but no one ever accepted the chat request. They told me to contact HUD due to the exam being in an expired state. I don't think we should have to pay again for the test since we didn't have the tech support available in a timely manner fro Kryterion

Hello.

My supervisor received information from HUD about the new HUD deadline for taking the Counselors Exam (August 1st, 2021). I was scheduled to do it this Wednesday 5th, 2020 at 3 pm. My supervisor asked me to find out if it was possible to change the date without incurring in paying the reschedule fee. I didn't have the 72 hrs to reschedule the test, since the information was shared on Monday, August 3, 2020 at 5:20 PM.
Is there any way to reschedule without paying the fee?
