hello , my hud exam is tomorrow at 1600 so what is that time for Eastern time zone. Do I need to create a Biometrie profile to take the exam.

I have been waiting for my online test to launch since 10:45 am. It never launched. I initiated a chat with Kryterion with no one getting on. Please advise.

I rescheduled my exam as my husband was exposed to Covid-19 and our entire family is taking precaution.

I successfully rescheduled for two weeks from today; however, I am concerned about the my refund.

Good evening my name is Adalberto Rodriguez I was suppose to take my exam today but I could not do to a program that I could not install on my computer. I've enter on time but it was not sufficient for downloading the required program. Ive would like to know if I could reschedule the exam for tomorrow or monday.

I was told to log out and log back in to adjust my camera and I was prompted to adjust the lighting then I received a message that my exam time had passed. will I be allowed to finish my exam without having to pay again? Am I even able to take the test again. I am super stressed out.
