I was in the middle of a test and I was kicked out and disconnected. I was taking a break, I have accommodations. What do I do?

Last Saturday I started taking the exam. As I am a 71-year-old with little computer knowledge, I asked a colleague for help and my exam was immediately suspended. We are a non-profit institution; and I am requesting an opportunity to take the exam again without pay for it.
I went to take my HUD counselor exam this morning and the site was closed. I was informed that they may not be open until August 3. I am not the first person this happened to. Why was I not notified?
After I launch, I am signed out and need to log back in but not accepting my user name and password
