Hello, I was scheduled to take the HUD exam today @ 2:00 pm mountain standard time and yesterday at 2:30pm my daughter was called that she tested positive with COVID 19, due to me being around her I needed to reschedule the test for 2 weeks out as i am now in quarantine. Kryterion said to request a refund for the $50 reschedule fee as I was trying to reschedule yesterday and the site was down and due to the circumstances.
