I passed my exam, but I hear that everybody receives and email. Only emails that I have received was a reminder fro the test date. I failed the first time and I did not receive and email. are emails not being sent because of COVID? My email is lopezb@congreso.net

I am unable to log in to Kryterion. I have been on hold with them for 33 minutes. My exam was supposed to start at 3:00 p.m. today 6/27/2020. I should not be charged for trying to take the exam if I cannot get support to log into the system.

I registered and paid for the exam on the 8th and received an email confirmation. However, this site shows I still need to do this. How can I confirm that i am really registered? Thanks for your help!

I registered for an exam and I was unable to pull it up on my computer on June 12th and I called Technical support I got no answer and left a message and have not heard back so I rescheduled the same day for today the 17th which I got a verification for and it is not showing up for me to take.

I completed the HUD certification exam on June 18th but cannot find a copy of the receipt from when I scheduled the class. Is it possible to have that resent to my email EmilyB@IHFA.org?

If you have passed the exam, your next step is to authorize the transfer of your passing test results to FHA Connection. To do this, sign in to your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select “Exam Center” from the top navigation. Then, select “Transfer Results to FHA Connection.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Transfer Results page.
