Hello, please note i am trying to retake the exam. Where can I register without paying again for the exam?

In addition please note I paid twice for the exam. One for the in person exam I took recently; the other for the online exam I attempted to take a couple weeks ago for $60, but did not finish due to the IT support stopping me. Is there a chance I can get a refund of the $60?

I passed the exam in December 2018. This site formerly showed, when I signed in, that I had passed and now it says I have not yet scheduled my exam. Are you able to assist me with a fix? Thank you.

I passed the certification exam on 6/6/20. I received an email saying that I passed and my profile in the dashboard said I passed and needed to transfer the results. I went to complete the process today and it is now saying I have no exam results. I do not know how to proceed. Thanks,

I supervise a counselor with cerebral palsy and we would like to find out about accommodations for the online proctored exam. Specifically, we have heard that the test will stop if a person's body goes outside of a certain area while taking the test. This employee has frequent muscle spasms and also a regular need to change leg and body position due to muscle cramping that will make her extend outside the frame fairly constantly during the test. What accommodation is available for that circumstance?

I need an exterior camera for my computer. What is the cost and how long will it take to arrive. I've rescheduled for August 10, 2020
