Are all clients required to receive housing counseling or a referral to a housing counselor? Or are case managers simply to document that they asked their clients about interest in receiving housing counseling, and that the client was referred if that was what was wanted? I ask this question with ESG clients in mind.

I rescheduled my exam and paid the fee and it is not showing the new date of 6/23 at 11:30am

I have a laptop camera- i have a lenovo thinkpad laptop with built-in camera, is this allowed becasue I still can't find detail on this. However the instructions say some built-ins are allowed per test administrator.
I also have a Logitech C210 webcam with USB plug, but i'm confused on the focus ring because i don't see a manual twist focus ring on the camera eye-is this allowed?

I am scheduled to take an on-line exam at 13:15 on 6/16/20 i.e. tomorrow and Kryterion says I am still scheduled, but when I access HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov I get a message saying I haven't scheduled yet. what is wrong? how do I get to access the test at my scheduled time?
