I rescheduled my test to a location within 1 hour driving distance rather than another state. I am attaching the confirmation. Problem is that the system is again showing my test in Phoenix AZ. I am in CA which is why I rescheduled the date and location.

My name is Ferrell Hurt and I am scheduled to take the HUD housing counseling exam on tomorrow. The IT department is closed for today . The computer from which I am taken the test (via job) is having the software downloaded but having issues pre-rest prep.

I know that this is the day before but is there a possibility that I can reschedule my test for another day this week. This will allow proper software to be downloaded.
