Unable to loging to my account

Hello I passed the HUD certificate . How would I get a copy of my HUD Housing Counselor Certification.

I was unable to take the HECM exam at my scheduled time this morning - even with the assistance of Kryterion. My login on the HUD website (the first step in taking the exam) was not working. MY email is jjoyce@nhsmass.org - my password was correct - (I was not getting an incorrect password message - rather a contact support message) I had to reschedule the exam twice - and now am still unable to log in

Getting message to contact you to reset my account login.

Good morning, I am scheduled to take the HUD Exam this morning, and my account is locked. The message says that my account is locked and needs to be reset by Support. I am scheduled to take this exam 04/10/2025 at 8:30 AM EST and trying to get logged in early. Thank you, Keisha Ingram Morning
