Knowledge Assessment - Results Feedback

The Knowledge Assessment, unlike the HUD Housing Counselors Certification Exam, poses questions at three levels of difficulty. By reviewing the results of this type of test, learners can assess their knowledge and focus their studies where there may be knowledge gaps. Within each level of difficulty, performance on questions answered correctly determines the feedback provided.

Hello, my issue is that I signed up for the HUD Certification Exam for this Thursday, 23rd and I have yet to find an external camera for my new laptop. I've searched and called every store I could think of and because of pandemic, everyone's working from home and the suppliers across the country have sold out of the camera I need to take the exam. I can't wait to take this test so I'm wondering if I can pay the extra $40 to take it on-site at the only location close to me, which is about a 45 min drive?

I am a test taker, scheduled to take the test online tomorrow morning. Its unclear to me what needs to be done in terms of the Kryterion loading Sentinel Secure software and beginning the Biometrics Profile. Are these actions that will occur once I sign in to take the test tomorrow morning? Or is there something that I need to do to set them up well before I take the test? The people on the Chat sites at Kryterion have given advice that does not appear to agree with the information on the HUD Exam center website.

Hi, I've been trying to complete the training, but keep getting stuck on the same spot. Module 3.1, slide 17, at the knowledge check question. The module freezes there and I can't get pass that point. Any suggestions? I've tried reloading and have restarted the same module a few times, the same thing keeps happening.

I can't figure out how to test the microphone in my webcam. I have Windows 10 and your instructions say to right click the speaker icon on the bottom of my screen next to the date and select recording devices but there is no recording device option when I right click it. My choices are open sound settings, open volume mixer, spatial sound, and troubleshoot sound problems. I have tried them all but haven't been able to locate "recording devices".
