I am unable to take test due to technology issues working remotely at this time. I am being asked to pay a $50.00 change fee because the test is within 24 hours. It is actually Friday and today is Wednesday- I thought that was 48 hours?

Are there any testing facilities open in San Antonio Tx? My test was rescheduled at the Tactix Consulting Group for June 3rd, however my HR dept. needs me to takes one by the end of this month.
To avoid the spread of the COVID-19 I was trying to re-schedule my appointment to take the HUD exam. The system ask me to pay $85 fee to re-schedule. I thought that all exam where canceled due to the COVID-19 and we just have to wait for a email with instructions. Today 03/29/2020 I received an email with that my test wasn't canceled and if I want to re-schedule I have to pay the $85 fees. I try to call but the customer services ours are from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
I need to re-schedule to take the test on 04/28/2020 and avoid to pay for the $85 fees. Please Help!
I have completed all required training courses but for some reason 4.2 and 6.1 are stating incomplete.
I have complete these modules 3 times each and they continue to state incomplete.
