To avoid the spread of the COVID-19 I was trying to re-schedule my appointment to take the HUD exam. The system ask me to pay $85 fee to re-schedule. I thought that all exam where canceled due to the COVID-19 and we just have to wait for a email with instructions. Today 03/29/2020 I received an email with that my test wasn't canceled and if I want to re-schedule I have to pay the $85 fees. I try to call but the customer services ours are from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
I need to re-schedule to take the test on 04/28/2020 and avoid to pay for the $85 fees. Please Help!

I received an email that the testing is closed and my test center is closed due to COVID-19. When I am rescheduling the test they are charging me reschedule fee of $85.00. Why will they charged me if the testing center is closed. Thank you. I also did not receive an email for Test Reminder

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (cancelled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.
