Hello, My name in the HCS system has always been Katie, but I registered for the exam and passed under my legal name Katherine. I just updated HCS with Katherine as my first name, but I want to know how long it will take for it to show up that I am HUD certified counselor in HCS and/or do I need to do anything further?
I have a medical emergency that needs to be dealt with on Thursday, Dec 19th, the same day as my test. I need to reschedule and am having a ridiculous time doing so. I have reached out to Kryterion, and have wasted hours on this. I cannot be punished with an $85 fee to reschedule.
How do I access my exam results. I was at NTI training and everyone said you could see how you did in taking the exam. My exam number is MT49242563. Thank you.

I have been doing Module 5.2 as a part of my training and in this module, slide 17 out of the 23 slides is missing. I would appreciate it if you can fix slide 17 so I can finish my training in this module. Thank you and God bless.

I'm trying to sign up to take the exam and it's asking me for a voucher number.
I am trying to sign up for the HUD exam. After I enter my name and address and click next, it takes me to webassessor and tells me I am logged out and won't let me log in. I have contacted Kryterion about this issue and they couldn't fix anything and suggested I talk with HUD. I had a coworker try signing up for the exam exactly like I did and they did not run into this issue.

I took the exam about a week ago, can you please tell me how many questions I got wrong. I have been trying to do the math, but I want to make sure all the questions have the same value. When I retake the test, am I getting the same one?
Am I able to pay-on line Dec 31 for a Jan 7 exam?
Where can I find out what my actual exam score was or is it possible. I did pass but do not know the score. Please advise. Thank you,
