Cannot get online modules to come up

I am trying to access the Test Center's calendar but it defaults to https://www.webassessor.com/wa.do?page=logout and requires me to login. There is nowhere to set up credentials. I was able to access the calendars before until this default page came along. Contacted kryterion support and this was their response:

In module 3.1 for the knowledge checks that you have to place answers into columns after you hit submit the answers are flipping and saying correct. For example: the last knowledge check was "prohibited practice" and "legal practice", the answers that I put in legal practice flipped to prohibited even though they were legal. This happened when I hit submit.

How do I begin your HUD Certified Housing Counselor Application in FHA Connection?

The email that I received after I passed my test, detailed 3 steps. I did the first 2, but the 3rd is to ". Begin your HUD Certified Housing Counselor Application in FHA Connection.".

That 3rd one, I cannot do because I did not find any information to allow me to do it. Do I need to wait for further instructions? The email does not indicate that.

Please help.

Can HUD provide specifics of WHICH PAGES and/or WHICH MODULE SECTIONS received Updates/Revisions on 9-26-19 and 9-27-19? Counselors studying for Exam have Printed-Highlighted-Sticky Notes, Etc on all of the important material in ALL 15 Module Sections. Such a waste of paper, time, and energy to trash it all and start over!
