I just passed the HUD Housing Counselor exam today. I followed the directions to get my Counselor ID number. My employer gave me the wrong HCS Agency number so she will not be able to verify my employment. Please contact me with any information on how to fix this issue.

I have tried the exam twice now and have not passed. While I did better my second time, it was still not enough to pass. I have downloaded all the study guides and take the practice exam. Is there anything else that I can do to prepare for the exam? I am getting discouraged.

I would like to become HUD certified to present the first time home buyer workshop.

I have an emergency and just received confirmation from my executive director, that I can reschedule today. However, they paid for the test and I want to avoid the $85.00 fee. Can you assist me.

Please, I really need to reschedule this exam to 7/22/19 at 10:00 am, same location.
