I am trying to transfer my exam pass information to FHA connection, but it is not taking it since it gives me the same pages without any other notice.

I passed y test and I am trying to transfer the results to FHA connection, however, the page is listing errors before I can enter data, then after I enter my data and try to submit it, it gives me more errors. Please reply and let me know if you received this message jane@northernhomes.org

need my Counselor's Exam ID for FHA Connection to complete my certification. Exam was passed on 5/10/2019.

User got an error when transferring results and did not receive email.

Do I get a professional certificate (PCP) after taking and passing this exam?

I am having problem in getting my certificate. I passed the HUD exam on 5/17/19 and made the transfer to FHA. Please help me in getting my certificate. thanks

I'm trying to schedule a time for my certification exam, but when I enter my information on the exam center page, I get the following error:

"An error occured while communicating with our proctor: Error invoking the REST service Kryterion Integration API, operation add_user: Moved Temporarily."

I registered to take the HUD exam today. I didn't realize, but was registered under my 'alias' name Becky. (This is what I go by) The name Rebecca is my legal name, on my ID. I was turned away for testing. I understand that the names must match and I have updated my name in HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and the HUD Exchange. How can I fix my registration? Will I be required to pay another testing fee?

I had to work with tech support for over 3 hours to take the exam for the first time. The exam was scheduled for 4:00 (est) but I did not get to begin until after 8:15 that evening. Because I had sat so long I had to rush the exam because I had to use the restroom. I am trying to schedule to retake the exam due to a failing score. Do I have to pay to retake the exam.
