I am trying to set an appointment to make an appointment to take the HUD test off site. As I proceed , I get a pop up that I need to log into Webassessor. I entered the same log in and password that I did to lo into this site but it does not work. I contacted Webassessor and they said to contact you... can you please assist?
Hello: I registered to take the HUD Certification exam in my office with a separate camera. I am having some difficulty setting up my camera and I do not want to have trouble on test day. Can I change my registration so I can go to a proctoring site? I would be happy to pay the additional $40.

The website keeps logging me out when I attempt to register for the exam.
hello, i was kicked out of my exam because it said i was out of camera range. I was laying down and was still within camera view. i was on my very last question. please advise how i can finish my exam. thank you.
When I try to transfer my results to FHAC, the site tells me I haven't taken the exam yet. However, I took it today and passed. The Proctor Site confirmed it, and I received the confirmation email saying I passed. Please advise what I need to do to get this rectified. Thanks so much!

I cannot locate my Counselor Exam ID. I have successfully completed the exam on March 30, 2019. I also transferred my exam information to FHA Connection on March 30.

My user account is no longer displaying my exam results and exam ID number. Please assist in restoring that issue.
On some of the questions where you have to drag and drop the correct word(s), the word options appear at first but then quickly disappear. Once that happens, I am unable to continue the lesson.
To access the practice exam, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.
Once you are signed in, click on the “Training Center” button on the home page, then click on “Take Practice Exam.” If you are already signed in, you can access the Take Practice Exam launch page directly.
