Is access to this website free or is there a fee for using it?

First I took my certification test in January of 2019. I score 496. I believe I pass the test. Can you please look over my test again. I wants to appeal that score.

I would like to reschedule my exam.

The knowledge check slide 14 on Fair Housing part two module gets stuck. I've tried re-starting the module but it continues to get stuck. Please fix and let me know when I can complete.

Also, it says that I take it several times without a score. Can you please reset the history of attempts since it is not working correctly?

The practice exam is free and accesible in both English and Spanish. You may take the practice exam as many times as you would like.

You do not need to be a housing counselor to take the practice exam; it is available to anyone who creates a HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov account.

I'm having trouble registering for the HUD exam. I can get to the checkout screen and then it asks me to create an account with "Magento"?? PLease help.

Is there anywhere where we can find an answer key the practice exam questions so we can pinpoint exactly what we're getting wrong?
