i'm having trouble registering for the exam

I am trying to transfer my results to the FHA Connection, but I don't know my agency's HCS ID. Can you help me find out whether my agency, the International Rescue Committee, has an ID?

I completed and passed the certification exam on 01/16/2019. I did not realized I needed to transfer the results to FHA Connection until just now, however, when I logged in to the the HUD Housing Counselors website to do so, it says that I have not completed the exam. However, I have email confirmation that I have done so and passed the exam. How do I resolve this issue?

Every time I try to access my exam registration part where i enter my address and then press "continue to schedule and payment" it won't let me access and it give me this notification back "An error occured while communicating with our proctor: Error invoking the REST service Kryterion Integration API, operation add_user: Moved Temporarily."

Could we get confirmation on the Front-End and Back-End ratios? In the updates section, it states that these were revised in August of 2018; however, the last revision in the pdf downloads states that the ratios are up-to-date as of February of 2018.

Hello I registered for the exam and dont have the time it starts

Hello the link to find an in-person exam center isn't working. Is there another link I can follow? or a number I can call? Please let me know I am creating my schedule and want to make sure I work around the next testing time and date.

FYI: Issue with Module 3.2 Training - page 13 not working. There were many issues with modules doing this last year but this is first time I've seen it happen again.

Good morning, I think somebody should take a look at Knowledge Check 12 in Module 4.1. The question is asking what which one answer is best. In my opinion both A and C are appropriate answers based on the study material. By modifying the answer for C to "Insure the home" and remove "and the property" this would clear up confusion.
