having difficulties registering for exam

I am interested in taking the trainings and practice exam for HECM and don’t have a log in or access to the modules.

I am a HUD Certified Counselor.

I create my account, i cant login in, i tried to reset my password. The last message a received it said Contact Support

Due to an issue with my computer my exam was suspended. According to the email I received you have "rescheduled" my exam for 4/10/25. It appears that I am unable to make any changes or reschedule because it shows in "in progress" status. I will need to take the test sooner because of the expiration of my certification. Please advise

I am not able to see my HECM Certification exam score. I failed the last test I took , but am still not able to access it. I also did not receive an email with it. I have looked up how to access it, but it is not showing anywhere on my account, even in my user profile. Could I get it sent to me please.

Hi, we have a number of counselors with our organization who have had issues launching the exam. the most recent one the exam was "suspended" so she was not able to launch. If we have technical issues who do we contact for help with the online HECM exam? The Kryterion chat is not helpful and the phone number "210-489-1461. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

My exam says it is suspended, and I am unable to proceed. I need help to access my exam. When I request assistance from Kryterion they refer me back to my test sponsor.

Hello, I was trying to access my account to print out receipts of for the times I paid to take HUD exam but it's been a year since i've passed my exam so I don't see that I have access to it.
