What is the cost to take the Certification Exam. Does is cost to take the exam a 2nd time if you don't pass on the first try?

There is no page 7 in Module 6.1. Is this page missing from the training material, or were the pages mis-numbered?

I completed 8 modules. Prior to starting my 8th one, it showed all other 7 completed. Once I completed my 8th, they all disappeared. Please advise.
