If you are unable to recall your password, enter your account email in the Forgot Password? tool. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to verify that you are the account owner. You will need to set a new account password after email verification.

Good afternoon! I took the HUD certification exam today and passed (yay!) and received the email stating I need to forward my information through the FHA Connection. I was able to get the required ID. However, when I click the link in the email for FHA Connection, the page requires me to put in HECM certification info to continue. I have passed the Housing Counselor exam. I am not employed with any HUD Counseling employer. To submit my exam results and to register I am being asked for the name of my employer (or to check stating I am a direct provider). I want to work as a Housing Counselor, but I am not employed with any counseling agency. Can I submit my information. My goal is to be a Housing Counselor.

I am a HECM certified counselor. I also just passed the HUD Housing Counselor certification exam and need to apply for that certification. I can't find out how to apply for the HUD certified counselor on FHAC since my account defaults to my HECM certification. Can you help please?
