Good morning, I would like to speak to someone about rescheduling my HUD examination. I have had a death in the family and need to reschedule. Is there still a rescheduling fee associated with my situation? and since I was driving to the examination with a co-worker (Melissa Fuller) are we both able to reschedule without penalty due to the situation? If I took a GA Pre/Post Housing Counseling Specialist class will that qualify for the certification exam or do I need to take one?
do you know that in module 2.2 guide the graph on page 15 has an error in it? Fact is FHA fixed rate has a credit score requirement of 580+ where as USDA rural development is 620+. You have them reversed. Instead of waiting for a date to correct errors of this type you should have an "update to guidebooks" page where you address this erroneous crap immediately. We're trying to study for an exam here...with a practice test that provides vague questions and no way of knowing what is right and what is wrong....You could help us out a little.
How do counselors obtain a webassessor.com User ID and Password? I reached out to Kryterion and they said the login information is provided by the exam administrator which I would take to be HUD. Please provide guidance.

I was unable to get the biometrics completed (my typing is too erratic.)
I am going to take an onsite class instead.
