Ticket from Site Administrator - Practice Exam

The practice exam is designed to give candidates a feeling for the format and style of test questions and the breadth of the subject matter in the test (90 questions that are not broken into smaller stand-alone sections). It is delivered in a similar format to the certification exam. The practice exam does not provide numeric scoring because performance on the practice exam does not guarantee passing results on the certification exam.

Hello! My name is Melissa Abbott and I work at Champlain Housing Trust. I was in the process of taking the HUD Housing Counselors Exam earlier today and I encountered technical difficulties and that stopped the exam and wouldn’t let me continue and finish the exam. I will now have to retake the exam because of these technical difficulties. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to do that today and if there was any way I would not have to pay the fee again because it was something that was out of my control that didn’t let me finish the exam.
