You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page.

Hello! My name is Melissa Abbott and I work at Champlain Housing Trust. I was in the process of taking the HUD Housing Counselors Exam earlier today and I encountered technical difficulties and that stopped the exam and wouldn’t let me continue and finish the exam. I will now have to retake the exam because of these technical difficulties. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to do that today and if there was any way I would not have to pay the fee again because it was something that was out of my control that didn’t let me finish the exam.
When I select the schedule and pay to register for the exam option the site logs me out (and I am unable to register).
I am trying to register to take the certification exam however it is not allowing me to register, schedule, or pay for the exam.

Online Proctored Exam Launch Issue
I cant take the exam online because they want the USB web cam which I don't have. Please refund my payment since I'm not taking the exam
