During my certification exam, Kryteron crashed as i was reviewing answers. Following the crash and reloading of Kryteron (approx 10 minutes), i experienced distress, which resulted in me irrationally changing a particular answer that I now know was originally correct. I'm not asking for the answer to be counted as correct and likely move my 496 score to above 500, But i do think Kryteron crashing during an exam to warrants a retake.

I have a special accommodation request. I am legally blind and I want to take the HUD exam for housing counselors. I will need someone to read the exam to me. Can you please let me know how this will happen if I need to bring someone with me or if someone will be provided.
