Catherene Harris - Certification Exam: Reschedule

Good morning,

I scheduled to take the housing counselors exam on Saturday. However, I was in a car accident and unable to keep this appointment. I was unable to give notice within the required time due to this accident. I have do documentation of this.  Regarding scheduling the exam again, what is the protocol in a situation like this? Will I be required to pay an additional fee? Please let me know. I am eager to move forward with testing. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Practice Exam - Question Identification Numbers or Categories

Dear Counselor,

In the practice exam, not all questions have a direct correlation to specific modules in the training content. The test question title information (i.e., A.1.1.1) does not directly identify a specific module. Many questions relate to content from multiple modules.

Sincerely,

Diane Heslington - Practice Exam: Content

One of your questions:  A client earns a salary of $45,000 per yr.  What is his housing expense for an EEM mortgage.  With an EEM mortgage the stretch the limits by 2%.  If his monthly income is $3,750 X 33% (2% above regular ratios) his housing expense is $1,237.50.  You don't have that as an option.  What would the correct answer be?
