Test Call From HUD

A caller identifying herself as "Robin at HUD" called to check the line and to mention and inquire as to a voicemail box. Support suggested there was no voicemail as we cannot collect PII, but that there should be a message giving the hours of operation when someone calls outside the hours of operation.

Feedback Question

Caller from earlier called back to ask about emailing support about the content issues she found. Support suggested the caller use the Feedback form so that we would have an exact idea of the content that might need to be addressed.

Training Question - Updates

Caller pointed out that the information about PMI has changed - at least according to the caller's understanding and what banks are saying. Caller wondered how one could/should train for the test if the materials are not accurate. Support informed the caller we would check with the training designers and asked that Caller call back. Caller is expected to call back Monday, 11/30/15.

Exam Availability

Friday, 10/30/2015, 4:27pm.

Caller wanted to know when the exam will be available.
Support explained that this would depend on the final rule, etc.

Technical Support Question - Next Button Malfunction

Caller could not move past the Knowledge Check in n Module 1.2. After attempting to replicate his problem, Support discovered there is a "Next" button at the end of Module 1.2 that doesn't work. Module 1.1 does not have such a button, nor does 1.3. Module 1.4 does have such a button. Once the caller understood that the Modules opened in a new tab and that you had to close each to go back to the main menu, the problem was solved.

Browser issue

Caller: Using IE 9, Flash v19, could not load interactive online modules
Support: Determined that browser speed too low to load modules
